Journal Entry (After Starfall)

It’s two days after the big incident. A lot has changed, and many people have died and been injured. Nothing seems real. We didn’t think that Yore could ever fall, even though we knew it had to happen some day. But just not this soon. I don’t know where to go. I do have my Skyrider, and its power can go on for almost an eternity, so I know I would be okay travel-wise… Unless it breaks, but I better not think about that. 

All of the other trainees and I got onto the Skyriders when we heard the alarm go off. We took as many people as we could on each rider, but that means I’m stuck with three other people until everything is settled again, and I have a feeling that that will take a long time. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with Anna, and simply, I despise her. She’s a stuck up, nosy, sensitive girl with dark brown hair and light grey eyes. When I first joined Sky Raiders I thought we could become friends, but I later found out that she was very different to how she seemed. 

The other two people I’m with are Eli and Ronnie. I don’t know much about them except that they have been nice the few times I’ve talked with them. Anyway, I’m currently stopped for a rest on the journey to The Great Desert, and I don’t even know what we’re going to do when we’re there. I couldn’t listen to the others discuss and the crash to the earth hasn’t sunk in yet. I don’t know when it will, or if it could.
